Pepsi Kick - Roosters on the Edge
At Fools, we expanded the hero spot of Pepsi Kick by continuing its universe through a series of short animated stories starring desperate roosters. Since Pepsi Kick is full of caffeine and tastes great, these roosters are panicking: if the drink wakes people up better than they do, they’re out of a job. We built comedy through character acting, an angry boss rooster, a clueless employee, awkward dances, and exaggerated “qui-qui-ri-quí” moments inspired by real rooster behavior. The goal was to push personality and expression while keeping their original 3D essence.
We trained the pre-existing rooster models into a more flexible, stylized version, composited scenes using Freepik, maintained character consistency in Seedream, animated with Veo3 and Kling, enhanced resolution with Krea, and crafted voices and sounds with Eleven Labs. The result is a small animated universe where job-threatened roosters fight for relevance, blending humor, timing, and visual storytelling to show one simple truth: Pepsi Kick wakes you up better than any rooster.
